key duties and responsibilities:

1. coordinate with itso to enhance pg relevant systems and make strategic recommendations based on actual business needs;

2. responsible for data processing and analysis;

3. provide data service support for graduate school and other university units;

4. assisting the manager in supervisory role in the graduate school;

5. undertaking other tasks as assigned by the dean / manager.

qualifications and requirements:

1. at least master’s degree related to data analysis and it systems;

2. at least five years’ post-qualification administrative /it experience;

3. administrative experience at tertiary institutions is preferred;

4. good writing and communication skills both in english and chinese;

5. good communication and coordination skills;

6. ability to work accurately and pay attention to details;

7. ability to work independently;

8. team work consciousness.

salary and benefits

salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. appointments will be made under the establishment of cuhk-sz and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the prc. the appointee will be based at the university campus in shenzhen, prc.帮帮网
